  • Do you ship subscription boxes outside the UK?
    Yes, I offer international shipping for subscription boxes. Please note that additional postage costs apply for international subscribers. UK subscribers enjoy free postage with their subscription. International postage costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • How long will it take to receive my order or subscription box?
    UK Customers: Orders are shipped within a week of purchase via 2nd class Royal Mail or 48-hour tracked service (depending on order value). EU Customers: Orders are shipped within a week and will take 5-7 working days to arrive. Shipping will be either international tracked or standard, depending on the order value. USA Customers: Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes! If your order is over £30, you'll receive tracking information via email once it's dispatched. Orders under £30 will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or International Standard with Royal Mail, and tracking will not be provided.
  • What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
    If your order is delayed or lost, please contact me via email or social media. I will investigate and provide a solution, such as a refund or replacement item.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    If your order arrives damaged, please let me know, and I will send a replacement item right away.

    Yes, I offer discount codes during special occasions. You can find these on my social media channels, so make sure to follow along for updates!
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There’s no contract or long-term commitment. Just cancel before the subscription box release date each quarter, and you won’t be charged for the next box. It would be appreciated if you decide to cancel to do this as soon as possible as I based subscription box item qualities upon the amount of subscribers so to save me time and money please cancel as soon as possible before the subscription box release date of that quarterly box. If you're canceling for any reason that I can help resolve, please reach out! I strive to provide the best service possible and would love to assist.
